i am really confused. was tepisode 10 the week before thanksgiving and then they are going to wait almost 2 months until episode 11? episode 10 left off with elena in the car crash and that “THING” coming towards her. I cant wait 2 freaking months! someone please help me understand!!

my conclusion is that Kathrine is alive now… cuz when Logan said “we can help you” to damon I think he ment Kathrine and him and that Logan wanted to release the others in the tomb… and I cant wait to find out who that creepy thing was walking towards Elana either but we shall find out soon

I think that the “thing” is Damon because wasn’t he just in the forest? And he wants her to fall in love with him because she looks like Katherine and sice the “thing” was able to heal irself it’s obviously a vamp.

you think? Tonya, I disagree. Logan said we meaning he and the vampire that created him. Logan is not dead so damon will cant get katherine back. The “thing” is either damon or the unknown vampire that created logan.

stephan is way better than edward he such a better actor hes not all corny making it seem like stuff like that wuld never happen and plus the affects and his look is way better than edward, his looks more real even though they went for the same look he pulled it off way better .its just all together better actors who actually care and try and better affects n just everything behind the scenes also.. even though i liked the twilight books i just dident like the actors or just the way some acted n how they put the movie together … but taylor was pretty good n their both pretty hot (jacob n rob) ,but i stiil think the ones in the vamp diaries r hotter …i lkie them better. i dont think rob really cares about the movie and kristins just retarted n a horrible actress n ugly n corny. i havent read vampire diaries yet but ill probably like them it seems pretty complicated though n i really like the show n i kno that the book n the show r really diff soo i might just wait till the shows over so it wont ruin it for me .o n also, the actors in vamp diaries get so into caractor that it seems more real n like it wasnt ment for a buch of eight year olds.

OMG, HELLO! People, wakey-wakey. LOGAN DIED. That Alaric guy killed him remember then Logan fell and went all grey? In episode 10? SO, he cant possibly show Damon how to open the tomb and reunite with Katherine! AND OMG OMG OMG its only like, what? a few weeks away? jan 14th is my birthday so its going to be a lovely surprise for me! i cannot wait and im sure you people cannot either! No i think its Kathrine becuase in the new preview she appared in the tomb by that star (same star Emily drew) and she is alive becuase read the books it even says that she didnt really die and that she came back to find the brother in love with Elena and she was furious and tried to kill them all including everyone in town and its either that or tyler (becuase he is a werewolf) or his dad or Alaric becuase it wouldn’t make any sence if it was some new person i mean they already got Alaric and it just wouldn’t fit in the mystery and some web sites u can dowload it but they mostly make u fill out a survey and crap

God cant you all see it? because Damon knows he cant get Katherine back now hes doing the second best thing to what he was trying to do, hes changing elena into a vamp so she can be a modern version on katherine! ive seen it on a episode synospis on another website too, its so obvious too! Damon was just in the woods aswell, it all fits together

Logan died, it’s clearly not him. It was most likely the unkown vampire who turned Logan. Alaric is probably a vampire seeing that he knew about Logan and had the ring. Also he needed the invite in from Jenna. Damon has no reason to go after Elena at this point he definitley wouldn’t hurt her. He thinks she has the vervaine necklace so it has to be someone else. I want to know if Elena is related to Katherine. In the first episode Stefan said “I have to know her” like he knew about her and since Bonnie is from such a long bloodine would Katherine be connected to Elena? I bet the Gilbert’s dad’s diaries from the ancestors have somethign connecting them in there.

ok i think its damon and he is going to influence elena so she’ll be in love with him because the sheriff thanked him for killing logan but he didnt. so he probably thinks stefan killed logan because they dont know about alaric. so damon was mad and got elena because she took the necklace off at stefans house when she saw that pic of katherine and saw the resemblance so then elena will be with damon because she said that she loved him in the 11th show. thats my guess it makes total sense that the dude she hit was damon because he got mad about logan being staked

I agree with you She. But i also think damon is a possibility for the “thing” after elenas crash. He was in the woods and it was possible for him to appear after the phone call. He didn’t know she left behind the necklace and he prolly didnt mean to hurt her, hell he probably didnt know it was her till he got over towards her car, but then he could have found out she didnt have the necklace and used compulsion on her to be with him. Im not too sure but its a good possibility.

Ok you’re all saying it might be Damon that ran Elena off the road but he wouldn’t hurt Elena…wouldn’t Damon know what Elena’s car looks like and her license plate he’s seen it a million times so he’s already hurt her so I don’t think it’s him I think it’s the mysterious vampire that changed Logan who is still a mystery. Also about Katherine being “alive” you can’t say that Katherine is walking around but that the other vampires still want to save the rest from the tomb because if you remember back to Emily, Bonnie’s ancestor witch, when she destroyed the crystal she said they can’t just release Katherine the spell releases every evil vampire in the church. So there is no way Katherine is walking around especially because Logan said there was one other who could help Damon release Katherine which means she isn’t walking around yet.

i don’t get it why have a break in the middle in the serie i don’t think any show has a break. I am soo excited to see what happens with elena and the “Thing” that came torward her in the end of the 10 episode.

Alaric is the vampire who changed logan and thats how he knew he was a vampire and had to kill him with a stake. he only killed him because he realised his attchment to jenna.

I’ve read the books but, some of the story is different in the TV series.. In the books:
Alaric is someone who studies weird things including vampires, so he knows a lot.. As for Mayor Lockwood and Tyler, they’re werewolves, but still cant transform ‘coz they don’t know the ritual.. It couldn’t be Elena’s parents coz they’re dead… I think it’s Katherine coz in the book, she came back, and was angry at Stefan and Damon coz they fell in love with Elena.. But, still not sure, as I’ve said they’ve changed some of the story… Anything’s possible..

really people?! ok if you would be a true fan and would read the books then you might actually KNOW who it is! i’ll just save you the time and tell you that it ISNT Damon, ISNT Logan, ISNT Alaric… its Katherine! gosh! i have all the books and i’ve read them all, so dont tell me im wrong! i will read you something from the book The Vampire Diaries: The Fury… Katherine-”I wanted you to love each other,” Katherine went on, sounding bewildered, “but you wouldn’t. im in australia and we have to wait till the 21 of jan!!!!! i think the “thing” is damon coz he was angry that logan died coz logan knew how to free katherine!!! so damon went and took his anger out on elena and maybe turned her into a vamp!!!!! that just my apin!! i have read all the books and elena turns into a vamp right near the end so she can’t posibly become one this early!!!!!!!!!! although i can’t remember all the details from the books!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok i know that the thing is a guy i saw the show the figure was not a girl. THE TV SHOWS ARE VERY DIFF THAN THE BOOKS I HAVE READ THEM ALL. Also Elena does not turn into a vampire because she goes to Geogia with Damen. The “Thing” was most likely Damen in the show.

ok thats realli confuing. every1 has said sumthin different and even the ppl who have read the books say sumthin different. it could b either katherine, logans mysterious changer or tyler. its definatly not damon cause as i said b4 iv’e seen a clip from the 12th epesoide and damon rescued elena unless she did hit damon and he rescued her from the car. CONFUSING.

the tv series is completely different from the books for one start in the books elena doesant even have a brother lol she has a 4 yr old sister, logan does not exist in the books up to yet bonnie is a phycic not a witch and there are two girls that elena is best friends with bonnie and meredith and caroline is well out the picture they loath each other so i wouldnt listen to what people tell you about the books because in all honesty apart from knowing who alaric actually is, and what supposed to happen to elena and what of katherine i dnt know how its going to pan out in the show itself because they have not followed the book much at all its really confusing!!!

OMG OMG!!!! I WATCHED A VIDEO ( REAL ) AND STEPHEN TOLD ELANA SHE IS ADOPTED THATS HOW SHE LOOKS LIKE KATHERINE!!!! AND STEPHEN FIST MET HER MAY 3RD 2009 WHEN HER PARENTS DIED!! okay call me stupid actually dont lol. i got the wrong week but nxt week is deffinitly it because 1. i saw an add 4 it and 2. the epesoide i watched last night elena rolled her car so yea! i wathced it carefully this time and i reckon its either damon or tyler. i think its damon cause he was just in the woods, the figure looked a little like him and he takes elena to georgia the nxt epesoide. i think its tyler because he was like agro and it was full moon and hes a warewolf so it could be him 2 but im favouring the damon solution. only 1 more week
