Everybody’s excited about the upcoming movie The Ugly Truth, a romantic comedy film that will be shown this July 24, 2009 and is distributed by Columbia Pictures (Sony). This much anticipated film is directed by Robert Luketic and feature stars Katherine Heigl, Gerard Butler, Eric Winter, John Michael Higgins, Nick Searcy, Kevin Connolly and Cheryl Hines. Nicole Eastman, Karen McCullah and Kirsten Smith wrote the screenplay of The Ugly Truth.

The Ugly Truth is a movie about Katherine Heighl who plays the role of Abby Richter, a romantically challenged producer. Abby, who have been searching for Mr. Perfect made her irrevocably single. She’s in for a rough and abrupt awakening the time his bosses team her with extremely dedicated TV personality whose name is Mike Chadway and is played by Gerard Butler. Mike promised to reveal Abby the ugly truth on the thing behind that makes men and women love.
